Membership Eligibility
Made in Nevada is open to qualified Nevada producers. For membership eligibility, 50 percent of the end product must be designed, produced, assembled, packaged or otherwise substantially transformed within the state of Nevada.
Eligible participants include producers of gift items, food items, agricultural/pet products, manufacturers, software and intellectual property designers, retail merchants, galleries or museum gift shops, and nonprofit artists' cooperatives that advertise and promote the sale of Made in Nevada member products.
A strict selection process is in place to ensure that high quality, Nevada products from reliable producers are part of the organization. Random audits may be conducted to ensure that Made in Nevada members maintain sound customer service practices and adequate production levels.
Ineligible Participants
Beginning July 1, 2009 the following organizations are not eligible for participation with Made In Nevada, Inc.
- Product distributorships or franchises
- Non-profit 501(c) organizations
- Educational institutions
- Fraternities, sororities, booster or service clubs
- Churches or religious orders
- Hospitals or vocational rehabilitation facilities
- Product councils
Program Fees
The Made in Nevada program is member supported. Starting January 1, 2012, membership fees will be at a flat rate of $100 for all members (which will be due on the normal anniversary of membership date). Membership applications submitted without the fee will not be admitted to the program until the membership fee is received. Failure to submit the required membership fee on renewal will be cause for removal (without notice) of the company listing from the Made in Nevada Website and loss of all program benefits.

Made in Nevada, Inc. is a nonprofit cooperative corporation. Its address is: P.O. Box 1268, Carson City, Nevada 89702. Interpretation of each application shall be made by Made in Nevada and all decisions regarding eligibility are final. No obligation is imposed upon Made in Nevada by reason of application.
